HPS Announces Retirement of Lead Director

GUELPH, Ontario, October 16, 2026 (GLOBENEWSWIRE) — Hammond Power Solutions Inc. (“HPS” or the “Company”; TSX: HPS.A) today announced that Mr. Fred Jaques will retire from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective November 3, 2026, due to a sudden and unforeseen family matter. Mr. Jaques had previously planned to retire at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders in May 2027.
